The website describes services; the agreed project documents define the engagement
- Website material is general and does not replace individual legal, tax or banking advice.
- Submitting a form or exchanging messages does not by itself create an obligation to register a company or open an account.
- Scope, price, timing and payment are set in the invoice, proposal, order, agreement or clearly confirmed project correspondence.
- Banks, EMIs, public authorities and registered agents make their own decisions within their remit.
- The client is responsible for accurate information and lawful intended activity.
1. Website use
offshore-express.net presents services relating to international companies, offshore structures, corporate bank accounts, EMIs, ready-made companies and business support. Users may read material, submit enquiries and contact O-X through the published channels. The website must not be used to interfere with systems, distribute malicious code, obtain unauthorised access or conduct unlawful activity.
2. Nature of website information
Prices, time estimates, jurisdiction reviews and banking guides are practical reference material. Corporate regulation and financial-provider policies can change, so key project parameters are rechecked before implementation.
Website content is not individual legal, tax, investment or financial advice. Where a project requires a jurisdiction-specific legal opinion, tax analysis or regulated specialist advice, O-X may involve or recommend an appropriate professional.
Turn a general idea into a defined scope
Tell us the jurisdiction, activity, ownership, expected payments and target result. We will prepare a practical project proposal.
3. How a project is formed
An initial enquiry is used for preliminary assessment. Once the task is clear, O-X identifies the company type, corporate documents, banking or payment solution, KYC/KYB requirements, agent work and third-party costs. A project becomes agreed when the essential terms — scope, price, payment and client data — are confirmed in an agreement, order, invoice, proposal or clear electronic correspondence.
4. Client information and responsibilities
The client provides accurate and current information about owners, directors, shareholders, the company, business activity, source of capital and planned payments. Documents must be valid and the stated business model should match actual activity.
- provide KYC/KYB documents and answers in a timely manner;
- notify changes to ownership, directors, address, activity or material payment geography;
- use the company and accounts for lawful purposes;
- have authority to provide third-party documents;
- meet tax and reporting obligations relevant to the client's residence and business unless specifically included in the O-X scope.
5. Independent banks, EMIs, agents and other providers
International projects use independent registries, registered agents, banks, EMIs, payment institutions, notaries, couriers and professional advisers. These providers apply their own rules and make their own acceptance decisions. O-X prepares the structure and documents, coordinates the process and supports client responses, while final third-party decisions remain with the relevant institution.
6. Fees, payments and external costs
Service fees are shown on a product page, proposal or invoice. Government fees, registered-agent charges, notary, translation, bank, EMI, courier or other external costs may be included in the total or itemised separately. Payment starts the agreed paid stage.
Available payment methods include Bank Wire, SWIFT, SEPA, Visa/Mastercard, Stripe, PayPal, USDT/USDC and other agreed methods. See Payment for details.
7. Intellectual property
The website design, structure, texts, graphics and O-X branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Material may be used for personal review and purchasing decisions. Commercial republication, bulk copying or creation of a derivative website requires permission.
8. Availability, responsibility and changes
O-X aims to keep the website current, but pages, prices, links and service descriptions may be updated. If general website content differs from specifically agreed project documents, the project documents take precedence. The client makes the final commercial and investment decisions. O-X is responsible for its agreed work; independent providers are responsible for their own services and decisions.
