Choose the payment channel that fits your project
- You receive an invoice or payment instruction for the agreed project stage.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer, card, PayPal, Stripe or USDT/USDC.
- The invoice specifies currency, amount, reference and the relevant payment details.
- Crypto instructions specify the exact token, blockchain network and wallet address.
- Once the payment is received and matched to the invoice, the paid project stage starts.
Invoice currency
Projects may be invoiced in EUR, GBP, USD or another agreed currency. Card, PayPal, Stripe or digital-asset payments may involve conversion from the payer's local currency. Bank transfers are often convenient for larger corporate invoices; cards and payment links are useful for fast online payment; USDT and USDC are available for clients who work with digital assets.
1. Bank Wire
Bank Wire is a direct account-to-account transfer. It is suitable for corporate invoices, larger payments and accounting workflows that require an invoice and bank-payment record. The payment instruction includes beneficiary, IBAN or account number, bank, BIC/SWIFT and payment reference.
2. SWIFT
SWIFT is the international bank messaging network used for cross-border transfers, especially where payer and beneficiary banks are in different countries or currency areas. It is commonly used for USD, GBP, EUR and other currencies. Correspondent banks may be involved in the transfer chain.
3. SEPA
SEPA is the common infrastructure for euro transfers across the SEPA area. It uses the beneficiary IBAN and is often a simple option for a EUR invoice when the payer has a European bank or EMI account.
Need bank details for your invoice?
Tell us the payer's bank country and currency and O-X will provide the relevant payment details and reference.
4. Visa / Mastercard
Visa and Mastercard are convenient for fast online settlement without preparing a separate bank transfer. The transaction is processed by an acquiring provider and may use 3-D Secure according to the card issuer's rules. Card details should be entered only on the secure payment page and not sent to O-X by email or messenger.
5. Stripe
Stripe is a global payment infrastructure used to process card and other supported online payment methods. The client receives a link or payment page, enters payment information on Stripe and confirms the transaction. For the payer it normally feels like a standard online card payment.
6. PayPal
PayPal allows payment through a PayPal account and, where supported, a linked card or bank source. It is convenient for clients who already use PayPal for international payments. Use the payment link or reference supplied for the specific invoice.
7. USDT and USDC
O-X accepts USDT (Tether) and USDC (USD Coin). These are dollar-referenced stablecoins transferred between blockchain wallets.
Before sending funds, O-X provides the exact token, blockchain network and wallet address. This matters because USDT and USDC exist on multiple networks. The transfer must use the network stated in the payment instruction. Once the required blockchain confirmations are received, the transaction is matched to the invoice.
- Use the O-X payment instruction for the specific invoice.
- Confirm USDT or USDC.
- Confirm the blockchain network.
- Copy the wallet address exactly.
- Allow for the network fee charged by the blockchain or wallet.
- Keep the transaction hash (TXID) for payment identification.
8. Other agreed methods
Depending on the country and project, O-X may also use local bank transfer, EMI transfer, payment links, corporate payment services or another agreed method that clearly identifies the payer and invoice. Tell us your preferred method when requesting payment instructions.
Fees, conversion and payment confirmation
Bank, card, PayPal, blockchain or other provider fees depend on the selected channel. The payment instruction states the amount expected for the project. Payment is treated as received after actual credit or confirmation by the relevant channel: bank credit for a wire transfer, provider confirmation for card/Stripe/PayPal, or blockchain confirmation for USDT/USDC.
Refunds and project changes
If the project changes before the paid stage begins, the revised scope and treatment of funds are agreed with the client. Refunds follow the agreed project terms and take account of work already completed and external costs already paid to government registries, registered agents, banks, payment providers, notaries, couriers or other participants.
Which method should you use?
Bank Wire, SWIFT or SEPA is usually the natural choice for corporate accounting and larger invoices. Visa/Mastercard, Stripe or PayPal is convenient for fast online payment. USDT or USDC is available for clients who prefer stablecoin settlement. O-X can provide the payment format that best fits your accounting and banking process.
